I am So sorry about this “喂 wèi Yes You are Right About PINYIN
YES YOU ARE RIGHT IT IS NOT GOOD WAY TO UNDERSTAND CHINESE BECAUSE WE LOOSE THE ABILITY TO WRITE CHINESE CHARACTER YES BUT I LEARN IT (PINYIN) BY THIS WAY : FIRST :I KNOW THE PRONOUNCE YĀN SECOND I TRY… Hi Gorsian
I think Benny already give you right answer, and I need to tell you,
it’s a true story. When I was in high school, one day I told one guy,
I watch “The magic of metamorphism” program on TV
(wǒ zài diàn shì lǐ kàn lē ‘dà biàn huó rén’.), he was shocked, he
ask me who shitted on TV? then I told him, not 大便,is 大变.
see, Chinese people might make mistakes sometimes, that’s why
I suggest foreign students to learn Chinese characters. and don’t
guest by pronunciation before they know lots of Chinese words
and knowledge.

Hi Gorsian,
Actually “da4bian4 huo2 ren2” is one of the famous Magic trick, in English it would be translated as “The magic of metamorphism”.(for people).
The characters are “大变活人”.
大 = big
变 = to transform
活 = alive
人 = people
so “大变” is very different from “大便”, even though they sound exact… xièxie=谢谢= Thank you Mr Benny
OK So Why They Use This 变 Instead Of this便? On which Base they Use To Make this ?
BUT IT IS VERY NICE gāo xìng =高 兴 = nice | |

In Chinese, the ‘理’ has usages when be used as verb,
1.(管理; 办理) manage; run; deal with
2.(整理; 使整齐) put in proper order; tidy up; clean up
3.(表示态度; 表示意见) take notice of; pay attention to
You know, ‘理发’ means ‘Cut hair’, You can try to understand
‘理发’ can make people’s hair clean and good looking. it’s second
usage above.
For Google translate, I checked the ‘里’, I think Google
is wrong.
