i see the phrase 江山 used in many songs, like “看江山仿如畫 奈三分天下”…i know 江 means river and 山 means mountain, but does it means the river & mountains?

da jia zao shang hao!…i’m not completely sure when to use “er” or “liang”….i know when saying 2 people i say “liang wei”, and twice is “liang ci” right?…how about ordering food at a restauran…
