When do I use the letter ‘K’ or ‘C’… Like in “Ni you Kong Ma?” or “Ni you Cong Ma?” What’s the rule I should follow? Xie Xie Ni Miss. P!

You sould say " Ni you kong ma?" “K” and “C” are totally different in Pinyin. Don’t confuse with the English pronunciation .
