Hi, Benny, it’s Cathy. When I meet foreigners, I always feel nervous. I can understand what he/she is talking about, but I am not able to reply to him/her in english. Could you tell me how to resolve the problem?Or maybe I need more and more exercises. Anyway, I need your help.

Well… Let me answer that by saying, Confidence comes from a simple decision in oneself to “Not care” about what other people may, think or say, but to say and do whatever you feel like!
