Hello, I am a little bit confused between bang1 mang2 and bang1 zhu4, are they interchangeable?
Also, I would like to know if it is possible to omit pronouncing ‘r’ at the back of certain words like yi1 huir4, yi1 dianr3, dai1 huir4, etc etc ..?

In Chinese we don’t put an object after “Bāng máng”, therefore “nǐ kě yi bāng máng wǒ ma?” is not correct. It should be “nǐ kě yi bāng máng ma? = Can you help?”
“Bāng zhù could be used both as a verb and Noun, for example
wǒ xū yào nǐ de bāng zhù = I need your help
nǐ kě yi bāng zhù wǒ ma? = Can you help me?
Also you can omit “r” at the back of those certain words
