Ni hao William, I think I may be able to answer correctly, but I can’t be positive… bear with me:

Ni3 qu4 le na3 li? Wo3 xiang3 ni3 fei1 chang2!

I’m not very confident about the first line – I know qu means go, and le indicates past tense, so “ni qu le na li” would translate as “Where did you go?”, but ‘where have you been’ isn’t quite the same question.

Xia ci jian.

Thanks! I’m always learning thanks to you and Benny.
just so I can understand better.
“le " is past tense .Ok
But what does "Xiang"translate to?
i’m confused as i thought i understood this word but if
“Wo xiang ni fei chang!”
Ok my best guess would be
“I (miss ?) you very!”
