I am also wondering about the hair. How do you grow such long hair and hair that is so shiny? Do chinese women use natural fruit juices or teas to encourage strong hair growth? I am attempting to grow my hair long and to hopeful never need to cut it. Is it encouraged to regularly trim the hair to promote growth or is it best not to cut the hair, at all?

We generally just wash our hair normally, but I think it’s also that we like brushing our hair at night, several times before bed. Yes, it’s good to “trim” the hair slightly to avoid split ends, but length of hair is always a personal choice of course!

My hair is wavy and straightening doesn’t work and niether does just brushing it. However, you might be able to use a straightener if it works for your hair.
