How do you pronounce 两位美丽的女士 “liǎng” wèi měi lì de nǚ shì? Also, How do you say “Miss” and “Mrs”?

For example, ni hao becomes n (square) h (square) o. Why is that? On your response i can see 2 squares and then xiǎo jiě. It is the same for fū rén. So I don’t know what the missing letters are.
