Ni hao! Bubu, welcome to Bennysland!

more than = chāo guò / duō yú

less than = bú dào / shǎo yú

So you can say:

wǒ yī tiān huā feì chāo guò / bú dào sān shí kuài.

“yī tiān” means a day, “huā feì” is spend, and “sān shí kuài” means 30 bucks.
