I was wondering if you’d ever have a course on sentence composition. I know how to say all kinds of words now, but in order to be fully fluent some day, i’d like to know how to build my own sentences rather than use only the sentences i’ve learned on here. For example; I want to say, “My house’s chicken has blue wheels.” even though it doesn’t make sense :) Or other sentences for that matter. I’m worried it’ll come out sounding like, “Houses my blue chicken wheels has.” or something jumbled like that to someone speaking mandarin chinese.

Within most of the levels in this site we have covered grammar point in terms of the basic sentence structures.
In fact, most of the basic sentence structures in Chinese are very similar as it in English. The biggest difference is where to put “time words” and “location”. “Time words” are normally put in the very beginning or after the “Subject”. “Location words” are normally put after verb (like English) or (after verb).
Therefore sentence like "“My house’s chicken has blue wheels.” has the exact same order as it in English.
As for location, please see the example below,
wǒ zài Shanghai gōngzuò = I work in Shanghai.
wǒ qù Shanghai gōngzuò = I am going to Shanghai to work.
