My inquiry has to do with asking, “when will you go…” it said in the lesson that: Shenme shihou ni qu , and Ni shenme shihou qu, are the same question, why is that

Hi Manmike,

Both 2 sentences are correct, because in Chinese, you can start the sentence with the subject or with the question word.
