As for the WH question, you need to firs know where to put them in the sentence:
1. where and what are put at the end of the sentence, normally. For example:
nǐ qù nǎ li? = Where are you going?
nǐ xǐ huān shén me? = What do you like?
2. What time, why and When are put in the very beginning or after the Subject. For example:
nǐ jǐ diǎn qù gōng zuò? = What time do you go to work?
nǐ shén me shí hòu lái Shanghai? = When are you coming to Shanghai?
nǐ wèi shén me xǐ huān shanghai? = Why do you like Shanghai?
