Actually, I don’t understand DaShan’s answer very well, especially the last sentence" 我每年二零一零年去中国旅游" this sentence can be translated literally in to “I’ve been to China at 2010,each year” ….“each year” = “每年”

Your sentence is almost perfect except one thing, it is better to say 中国菜 instead of 中国饭
regarding to 我每年二零一零年去中国旅游, I think da shan was meant to say "我明年二零一零年去中国旅游“，otherwise, it will not make sense.
