你好benny？ I need some help again from you? Can you help me translate some of these words?
I wanted+verb
I wanted to tell you yesterday.
I hated+verb
when I was a kid I hated eating garlic and now I love it.
I used to+verb
I used to go the park and play with other kids.
How can I also say the following sentences:
to depend
It depends on the price whether he wants to buy.
to depend on something or somebody.
He depends too much on his friends for help.
He depends too much on the internet for information.

depend on = yào kàn 要看
It depends on the price. = yào kàn jiàgè 要看价格
depend on something or somebody = yī lài 依赖
He depends too much on his friends for help. = tā tài yīlài tā péngyǒu de bāngzhù. 他太依赖他朋友的帮助

I still have questions. I’m still having difficulties with 了. Why can’t I say for “I wanted”, I wanted to tell you 昨天我要告诉了 or 昨天我要了告诉你。 Should I ｊｕｓｔ ｓａｙ， 昨天我要告诉你？

is in the sentence that one could just say
