da jia ni men how…what is summon and seize in mandarin?
Example.. i have to give you a summon for not having a license
i have to seal your property…

我有给你一章传讯因为你没有一章许可证。
我要财产你的没收财产
wǒ yǒu gěi nǐ yī zhāng chuán xùn yīn wéi nǐ méi yǒu yī zhāng xǔ kě zhèng。
wǒ yào cái chǎn nǐ de méi shōu cái chǎn
传讯 – chuán xùn -a summon
许可证 – xǔ kě zhèng – licence
