Hello HappyFriday,

I think

nín zhèng zài shōu kàn de shì
您 正 在 收 看 的 是 。。。。

means, you are currently watching, 收看 shōu kàn means watching tv
litterally broadcastwatch.

Perhaps it comes from the video on youtube:

nín zhèng zài shōu kàn de shì RTPN pú táo yá xīn wén tái
您 正 在 收 看 的 是 RTPN, 葡 萄 牙 新 闻 台 meaning:

you are currently watching the Portugese broadgasting station RTPN.

万事如意

“ning zheng zai shoukan de shi” means “what you are watching is….”
i.e.“ning zheng zai shoukan de shi BBC” means “What you are watching is BBC
“ning zheng zai shoukan de” is used as a subject, and “shi” is the verb equals to “is”
