Hey Claudia

ni ji sui la has the same meaning as ni duo da le.

Re your second question, you’d better say ni shi bo shi ma?Then he may say “shi de, wo shi bo shi”.

Hello Claudia,

I have your questions in Chinese characters and
also translated them in Arabic with translitteration (Arabic pinyin)

ni ji sui la 你机岁了
litterally: You many jaar [past particle]
أنت كم سنة ِىفش Anta (Anti) kam sinna?

ni duo da le 你多大了
ما عمرك ma 3umraka (3umraki)?

litterally: You how many big [past particle]

ni boshi ma? 你是博士
هل أتت طبيب hal anta tabib?
هل أتت طبيبة hal anti tabiba?

wo jiu shi 我就是
تعم أنا طبيب Na3am ana tabib

Here 就 jiu is used for emphasis, normaly like Benny said, the reply would be:
是 shi.

Hope this is helpfull to you.

万事如意

A more common Mandarin expression for Doctor is dai shi

A conversational way to ask would be “ni daishi ma?” to be short (not correct, but colloquially common in Henan Province and some areas from there to Beijing) and to be a bit more correct, “ni shi bu shi daishi?” or “ni shi daishi ma?” – both could be used.
