Hi Benny,
While shopping, I was bargaining with a seller and she said something like this to me:
那个价根本拿不来,我进都进不来
What does “进都进不来” means? 进 means “to enter”, right? But what does it mean over here, doesn’t make much sense.
Thanks!

This is almost like a slang. It means "I can’t sell you at this price, this price is even lower than the whole sale price.
进 here means to whole sale the goods. Or the goods comes in.
Benny
