I would like to know how do I translate this to Chinese:

“Since my knee is injured, I have to hold the railing while descending the stairs”

Here is the translation:

yīn wèi wǒ de xīgài(knee) shòu shāng(injured)le,
suǒ yǐ, xià lóu de shí hòu(while decending the stairs),
yào fú(hold) zhe lán gan(railing).
