Ok I don’t know if it’s right asking you that here. But I wonder if you have the chinese version of the Heart Sutra, written in our letters. It’s so easy to found the japanese version but not the chinese one. Can you help here? I would found it so interesting to see how to read it, for I have an audio version of it!

Please and thanks
your Monkey ^^

I fear I can’t get myself clear ^^; with my terrible english. Uhm what I am looking for is something like this:

http://www.zensplitter.de/Texte/hannya2/hannya2.html

See, it’s the japanese version but not in japanese symbols (Kanji or hiragana) but in my letters. THATS exactly what I was looking for in chinese. So that I can sing/speak along.
But thanks for the english translation, I only had it in german.

Sorry to bother you that much cuddles him

Please and thanks

MonkeyLi

Hi Monkey li,

I did look at the link you gave me. I think now I understand what you’re looking for.

As far as I know, we only have pin yin version which is similar like this place:

http://wenda.tianya.cn/wenda/thread?tid=151364e0e33eaf36

However, if you need a version written in German phonetic that it can help you to pronounce. It is really difficult to get this.

You need to find some who is both fluent in German and Chinese and knows about “Heart Sutra”. Then he or she can convert the Chinese version into a kind of German phonetic so the Germans would be able to pronounce and sing it properly.

I will keep my eyes open, if I find any place on the internet or anyone who can do this, I will let you know

Benny
