According to me it says:
===========
宝贝, 我好像你,我好爱你,你小的时候,特别可爱。我今天很开心,因为你好像报你. 我好喜欢你抱着我的感觉,和亲我的感觉
(My) Treasure, I like you, I love you. You are sometimes very friendly (nice).
Today I am very happy, because of you, I want to hug you, kiss you.
I’d like you to embrace me (my feelings), kiss me (my feelings).
==========
I don’t think it is quite right, but it I think it gives you the general message.
Benny will tell you exactly what it means.

Today I am very happy, because of you, I want to … If I can help to translate : she says exactly :I like you A LOT and I love you A LOT, (wo HAO xiang ni, wo HAO ai ni) and wo HAO XIANG ni could means,may be, more exactly :I ‘d WANT you (strongly).
I have a doubt about the use of the word baobei. In English they use to say Darling to someone loved, and not my treasure….so I find funny to say baobei to someone…’cause a treasure is something of real as a box full of gold…
and I find very curious a girl, especially a chinese girl, write such as…seems to be a letter by a boy who wants to write to a chinese girl…. | |

Thanks for the correction,
宝贝儿 translated in Englis means darling, which is ofcourse similar o a treasure hence 宝贝.
I looked it up in a dictionary and googled it, lots of pictures of “darlings” :-)
But yes it is quite unusual for a Chinese girl to write such a letter.
