from 10-19, in Chinese is “shí(ten) + numbers”. for example: 11 = shí yī. 13 = shí sān
From 20-90 is “numbers + shí(ten)”. For example: èr shí = 20, sān shí = 30
As for number like “46 or 78” we say “sì shí liù or qī shí bā”\
Hundred = bǎi, therefore “100 = yì bǎi”
