Hi Benny, have a look at the following sentence:

凡是在北京的人提起簋街没有不知道的，即使是外地的，看过“奋斗”的人也一定对它有所了解吧！

Why it says 没有 and then 不 in this part of the sentence: 凡是在北京的人提起簋街没有不知道的

没有 and 不 almost have the same meaning, “no”, then why does it say “no” twice, by saying 没有不知道的. Can’t we here simply say 不知道?
