意思是不是 Little respect ???

还是

“心意” 这个单词很难翻译成英语，因为这个是非常典型的中国话。
我们如果在给别人礼物的时候，会说：这个是我的一点心意。意思是: this gift is to express my friendship. not very expensive. Please take it.
