First of all, you said that these are very very old terms, well, I see them being used in recent articles. In order to completely understand news articles I had to do some research on certain terminologies, like “前期物业管理” and I found the following article about it:

Following is an excerpt of this article where they have used “回天之术”.

Now I don’t understand what you exactly mean by “the magic to save the god”? Because this doesn’t make much sense.

Can you also please tell me the meaning of “回天之术” with reference to that article. What they mean by “回天之术”.

I have already looked “回天之术” in different dictionaries, but couldn’t find a clue. Please help me!
