It’s always my pleasure to help you, Claudia. please find the answer below:

1. Become = chéng wéi.

I want to become a doctor = wǒ yào chéng wéi yi ge yī shēng

China will become a super power = zhōng guó huì chéng wéi yí ge chāo jí dà guó

2. make = ràng

It’s making me sick = ràng wǒ jué de bù shū fú

3. I am getting sick = wǒ shēng bìng le

she getting blue = tā hěn yōu yù

I am getting a new car = wǒ huì yǒu yí liàng xīn de chē

As you can see, we don’t use “get” in those situations, instead we use specific verb or adjectives to indicate the certain meanings

4. improve = gǎi jìn
I have improved my kongfu = Wǒ gǎi jìn le wǒ de kongfu

5. worsen doesn’t exsit in Mandarin, instead we uese a structure which is “yuè lái yuè + adjective”, therefore

getting worse = yuè lái yuè bù hǎo
