Benny,
when saying “unable to” are “bu ke yi, bu xing, bu liao” all ok to use? are the different situations for each of those?

How about when saying “must not” when can i use “bu yao, or bie”?

ni hao Kevin, "bù kě yi = couldn’t and bù xíng = No (It’s just a response to a request). It can’t be used as a verb.

“bú yào and bié” means “don’t”, we put them at the beginning of the sentence.

“Must not = bú bì xū”, however we don’t use that a lot in Chinese.
