would someone please tell me the difference between “zhe bian & zhe li”? also “wei xiao & xiao rong”?

hi kevin, as far as i know. Zhe bian = this side and zhe li = here.

Also wei xiao = to smile/ the smile. Xiao rong could be only used as a noun which means smile
