Jue de 觉得 means both “to think” and “to feel”.

Take a look at one of Benny’s microclasses: he says to Bobo “Wo jue de ni fei chang piao liang”. In this case I would translate it as “think”: I think you are very (“extremely” in a positive way) beautiful.
