Benny is enthusiastic! I think this program is one of the best I have ever seen. However, if I remember correctly, “le” is not simply past tense here. “Le” is a very complicated particle. It can be past tense, future tense, or perfect aspect. I believe in the example this video gave, “le” is perfect aspect.

Hi Newroadshow, thanks for your nice comment. “le” is not just a past tense word, it has many meanings just as you explained. However, we can’t explain that in just one video, in fact we have other video which explain how to use “le” in details
