the plural forms in the things.
For example DOG -DOGS.

In Chinese we do not put “s” after Nouns, the way we say it is to put “hěn duō” before the Noun. Like “hěn duō gǒu = lots of dogs”.
Also as for “we, they” this kind of words we put “men” after, in order to make it plural.
wǒ men = we/ us
nǐ men = you plural
tā men = they
