Hi Nicolas Vanegas, this “的” has lots of meanings.

1. Possession. It is put after the subject, for example.

wǒ de mā ma = My mother

nǐ de jiā = your home

tā de chē = His/ her car

2. it is put after the adjective to modify the Noun, for example

piào liàng de jiā = beautiful home

pián yì de jià gé = cheap price

hěn hǎo de fú wù = very good service

3. Verb + de + adjective. This structure is uesd to experss how good you are at doing something, for example:

zuò de hǎo = well done

nǐ zhōng wěn shuō de hěn hǎo = You speak very good Chinese

tā pǎo de hěn kuài = He runs very fast
