hi, le is used after the verb to indicate the past tense, like wo zuo le = i did it.

De is used after the adjective to modify the noun, for example: piao liang de nv ren =an beautiful woman

Ba has no meaning, it is usually put at the end of the sentence to emphsize the tone of the sentence. for example: wo men zou ba = lets go, hao ba = ok
