is this the right way to use cong2 qian2?
1) ni cong2 qian2 zhu4 zai4 na3 li?
2) cong2 qian2 ni3 zai4 na3 li gong1 zuo4?

and if i wanna say ‘drop price’ is it, xia4 jia4? thks

yes, Nicolas, but I would suggest you to use “yǐ qián” which mean “before”

cóng qián = long long time ago
