hi, in chinese,number=“dian hua (hao ma)”, what=“duo shao”, your=“ni de”, is=“shi”.
so you can say
“ni de dian hua (hao ma) shi duo shao ?” or
“ke yi gao su wo ni de dian hua ma?”
But don not forget to use the polite way.

“gei” means “give”.
