2007-08-13 / 03:32PM | | Hi, Bill. Actually there isn’t too many rules in changing tones. First, you can find two rules in Miss. Pinyin’s cloud, the rules of “bu” and “Yi”. Second, two third tones together, the first one should be changed to the second tone. Any more questions you have, please let me know. | |
