In another video you used the phrase “ni3 you3 kong1 ma” 你有空马. Can you use this phrase under any circumstance with friends or only when dating?

You may use this phrase under other circumstance.
eg: Could you please help me to fix it if you have a time?= ru2 guo3 ni3 you3 kong4 de hua4 ke3 yi3 bang1 wo3 xiu1 li3 ma?
