Hi, just to clarify with you: Ming tian wo gei ni email – Can I just say it as ming tian wo email? Does it still mean I will email tomorrow? Or is it different altogether?

That’s different. wo is a noun and email is also a noun. You shall add a verb firstly. You may also use wo gei ni fa you2 jian4.
email=you2 jian
send=fa1
