Couldn’t shi2 yi1 十一 be confused easily with shi2 yi4 十亿? Is there a good way to distinguish them?

Hi Mikazo654, 十一 and 十亿 are not confused easily, first of all, because of the characters, second of all, the tones for the second word are very different, “shí yī” is first tone, “shí yì” is last tone. The first and the last tone are the easiest tones to be distinguished
