“na3 li3” means where
eg: where is your hometown?= na3 li3 shi4 ni3 de jia1 xiang1

“na4 li3” means there
eg: There is an old man= na4 li3 you3 yi1 ge4 lao3 ren2

so plz pay attention to the tone when use na li
