You may say “nǐ kě yǐ zuò wǒ de péng yǒu ma?” or “nǐ yǒu shí jiān de huà, wǒ men kě yǐ yī qǐ chū qù wán ma？”

hey. xie xie means “thanks” where as xie xie ni means “thanks you” or thank you ;)
