Great video as always, another question :) I always have them! Why do we say Qing gei wo ni de, not just Qing gei ni de? What does the wo stand for in this sentence? Is it almost, Please get ‘me’ your Passport? Thanks for any help, as I learn more I like to understand the structure more.

qing3 gei4 wo3 ni3 de = Please give me your…. This “wo” stands for “me”, in English, you can say “please give your passport” but Chinese is more specified, we don’t omit this “wo”
