Hi Joy, “bù shuǎng” is not a word in Mandarin, technically speaking, it’s a word from Hong Kong movie many years ago.

But these days it’s a kind of fashion to use it for complaining when you are in trouble or encounter some problems. for example:

wǒ jué de hěn bù shuǎng = I am not happy
