benny, how do i use the words suo3 you3 and jin1 cai3?
If i wanna say ‘i want to change my class to other day’ , is it ‘wo3 yao4 huan4 wo3 de ke4 qu4 qi2 ta1 tian1’ ?

As for the sentence, it’s correct, but I would suggest you to make it more specific, like change to Friday or a specific day, because Chinese is very specific
suǒ yǒu de = all of, for example,
wǒ xǐ huān suǒ yǒu de yùn dòng = I like all the sports
jīn cǎi = wonderful/ excellent, it is often used to describe a match or a performance or a speech
