how much time it can take to progress from white belt to black belt if given 2 hours everyday

It really depends on how hard you study Chinese, I would say averagely it takes 2-3 years to reach the level of black belt. And I can’t say it will be perfect when you are in black belt, but you will be a master in Chinese.
