Ni hao Benny. First off, I am on your website learning and it is great! You are the best in the world! Xie xie!!!! Anyway, when you say throw away your books, do you mean my notebook to take notes also? I’m curious, do you speak mandarin stictly and no english when you get to like, red ,brown, and black belt?

Thanks for your nice comment, I really appreciate. When I say throw away your book, it doesn’t notebook. In Chinese we say “bǐ jì běn”

As for the belt, when you are in red and brown belt, you’re still allowed to speak a little English, for Black belt it will be purely in Chinese
