Congratulations, Benny. I just have a few questions: 1) Which is a more common term to refer to Mandarin: putonghua or gou-yu or any other term
2) ying-yu or ying-wen to refer to English

ni hao tyconius1248. The official name of Mandarin is “pǔ tōng huà” and you can call English as “yīng wén or yīng yǔ”. Both are fine
