the tone changes
A 3rd tone, when immediatlely followed by another 3rd tone, should be pronounced in the 2nd tone.
and it changes at ni3 hao3
is ni2 hao3
but at this example
Wo3 xi3 huan ka1 fei1
here we apply the rule or not?
