how do u say Good morning in chinese…im a bit confuse because some says that ZAO AN is good morning and some says other words…im really confuse….

In my mind, if you want to say good morning, there are many expressions, such as “zao an”(you mentioned), “zao3”, “zao3 shang4 hao3”. The longer expression is more formal.
