ni hao, Punam. Welcome to Bennysland.

Custard in Chinese is: nái yǒu dǎn
gēng/ nǎi yóu dòng = 奶油蛋羹/ 奶油冻

Flour = miàn fèn = 面粉

As for the custard, I don’t think Shanghai Local supermarket has this. If you come to Shanghai, you can go to Carrefour = 家乐福。 It’s a French supermarket, it should have Custard

As for the music, would you prefer the background music or any pop songs which is fast and lively?

Thanks for your nice words, I wish you all the best, I am based in Shanghai, if you need any help, just email me to:benny@bennysland.com
